Welcome to Kolured Beauty! We’re excited to deliver your beauty essentials as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy below so you know what to expect when placing an order with us.
1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States and Canada.

International shipping (outside the U.S. & Canada) is not yet available, but we’re actively preparing to offer it soon.
2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing times may be longer.
3. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We primarily use trusted carriers for delivery:

4. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery time varies based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

5. Shipping Delays & Service Alerts
We do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, but delays may occur, especially with mail carriers.
Canada Post Specific Updates

Canada Post may experience intermittent delays or service interruptions due to labour actions, service disruptions, or operational alerts, which can slow delivery times and tracking updates. Canada Post

Delivery service alerts (e.g., weather delays or regional interruptions) may affect parcels in both Canada and cross-border shipments. Canada Post

Packages shipping to the U.S. from Canada may require prepaid duties and customs processes, which can also impact delivery timing. Canada Post
Please note: Once a package is in the carrier’s network, Kolured Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party service disruptions.
6. Tracking Your Order

Most shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Tracking updates may sometimes pause or show no movement for several days, especially during international transit or carrier network delays. Canada Post

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight and shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may apply during select periods (check our website or promotional emails for details).
8. Lost or Late Packages

If your package is late or appears lost, please check your tracking status first.

For confirmed lost parcels, reach out to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll help with the next steps.

If a shipping carrier offers refund options (e.g., postage refunds for late deliveries), Kolured Beauty may assist in facilitating claims where applicable.
